Popular Aerial Yoga Fabric/Hammock for your home! Suitable also for aerial acrobatics and dance. Durable nylon fabric is made with quality materials in the USA. The fabric is mashine washable. It "gives in" just the right amount, but also keeps form in constant use. These fabrics are used in professional use, f.e. in Yoga Nordic studios. The fabric can be attached with either one or two point (more swing-like) system. The length of the fabric (6,4m) is enough for 3m high ceilings, and height can be adjusted easily with daisy chains (extra supply). Please see supplies here.

We recommed using a professional company for ceiling installments, especially for structures that need extra attention. The ceiling hook/hooks need carabiners, where the actual fabric is placed by using a slip knot technique. (See instructions here: Slip knot). The loop created by knotting is placed to the carabiner which then is safely placed to the ceiling hook. All supplies need to be castiron steel and endure 700kg of dynamic mass.
